Well I'm back

I was reminded yesterday by a friend that I hadn't been posting. It has been a while and it's not because I didn't have anything to say, I didn't know anyone was reading this stuff, well apart from family, and I tell them pretty much everything anyway. I was going by the followers list and as I only have a few figured it was rather pointless. Well now I know that there are other people out there following the ramblings of a sometimes slightly disturbed photographer that trys to find humour in something every day, it's really not difficult. So today I will get back to posting.

You have made a lot of people very happy, choosing to run for mayor is like a rat trying to cross a river with Piranha, there is a slight chance he may make it to the other side, but the odds of him getting eaten alive are far greater. By choosing the cross the river Clive the citizens of Ottawa will be rid of another useless rat.

So another group has decided to weigh in on the Lansdowne Park re-development, or as it has become.........."Crisis in the Glebe" the lastest and certainly not the last traffic study has determined that the Bank street intersections will reach maximum capacity and traffic will be thown into havoc............fire and meteors will rain from the sky.........the ground will open up and consume the City............yeah though I walk through the valley of Bank street I will fear no traffic...........as I can park and walk..........Has anyone ever done a study on why there are so many studies when it comes to getting anything done............City councillor and flower child Clive "I wanna walk though more tulips" Doucet has taken some of his budget to fly in another "expert" I assume the "expert will come up with some amazing facts about how Clive is correct and that the City must stop any re-development of Lansdowne park.......we have a surplus of tulip bulbs and need more green space to plant them in our "Central Park"...........we don't need no stinking buildings and has anyone even asked the World Heritage group if adding a walking bridge across the canal or building a pond will cancel the Rideau Canals staus as the 8th wonder of the world? Like everything else.............I doubt it.

People really are idiots

I listen to the talk shows most days and find that the people that call in are idiots............they are like terminators......you can't reason with them..........they only have one job to do and that is be idiots..............In Ottawa we deal with a transit plan that has been underestimated...............the costs will likely be triple what have guessed...........we have Lansdowne Park and a project that will bring some life to the slab of ground that sits there and yet these idiots are still fighting it.......what's not to understand...Idiots.

We have a provincial government that lies directly to our faces and the idiots believe it............what's not to understand......idiots.

Clive Doucet and Lansdowne Park

Turns out Clive still doesn't like Lansdowne Park..........he continues with a huge lack of vision...........he complains about everything and yet when asked about the new designs for Lansdowne he says he likes the stadium design but hates the fact that there isn't just grass and tulips to tip-toe through.............if there was one word that could describe Clive Doucet....well there isn't just one........so I'll add a few.

Self absorbed
A hamster on a wheel.........just keeps running in circles.....gets dizzy and then runs some more.

The final thing about Clive............he's leaving as a councillor...........thanks Clive for that.

Alex Cullen for Mayor

The more I listen and read about Alex "Mr transportation" Cullen the more I realize that he is without clue, he rambles on and on about trasportation concerns in Ottawa...........and now he rambles on and on about running for mayor........he rambles on and on about all the things that he should have been doing when he was a councillor..........he voted against everything and now is blaming everyone else for the problems............he should really be running as a Federal liberial or Provincial Liberial...........afterall.......all the problems there are being blamed on someone else............typical politican.....none of them take any responsibility for anything they say.

A vote for Cullen is a vote for...............well..........nothing

My ideas

I have just been listening to the City of Ottawa's Alex Cullen, for those who don't know who he is.........he is on City Council....he is running for mayor..........he is the orange cone on the road that blocks the lanes while other people work......he has wonderful ideas for transportation...........he is the councillor responsible for transportation........he wants to build trains and tunnels and has ideas..........what he doesn't have is plans or funding............What I think we should have is a mono-rail that zooms all over the City of Ottawa...........and hover cars.........yes lots of hover cars....this would help eliminate ground traffic.......... we should have a bunch of other cool things that would cost billions..........I don't have any plans or any money.......but I have ideas..............Can I be on City Council? I have other stupid ideas........all of them would require raising taxes by 50%..........getting full funding from everyone else..........but they are ideas.
